WHY CHOOSE THE LIONHEAD?

Lionheads are the full package.  They are small (only weighing up to 3 3/4 lbs.), fluffy, friendly, and active.  Lionheads typically make great agility prospects or just an in your pocket pet!  As a rather new breed, they have already made their way to be one of the most popular pet rabbit breeds.  Not only are they great pets, but also fun and tame to breed.

HOW DO YOU CARE FOR A RABBIT?

As with any pet, purchasing a rabbit should not be an impulse decision.  We recommend doing lots of research before purchasing a rabbit.  You can visit http://mncompanionrabbit.org/ or http://rabbit.org/ or purchase the ARBA's Raising Better Rabbits and Cavies book, or just go to your local library.  When you purchase a rabbit from us, expect to go home with an instructional care sheet.  We are also a lifetime source.  Never hesitate to ask questions.

IS A RABBIT A GOOD PET FOR A CHILD?

This is a case by case basis.  When the novelty of owning a bunny goes away, will your child still be willing to care for it?  It is irresponsible to dump the rabbit at a shelter.  Know that a rabbit is a 8-10 year commitment.
